KID YOGA
YOGA JUST FOR KIDS -
AGES 4-7.
In this unique class, children explore the physical and mental practices of yoga. They will study over 20 poses, learning correct alignment and then sequencing the postures in Sun Salutations. Kids get a chance to teach the poses to each other, make up their own poses and play fun yoga games. Conscious breathing is introduced as a method to focus the mind and feel peaceful. Kids will also learn about the origins of yoga, and are introduced to the concept and practice of meditation. Each class ends with relaxation before it's time to go hOMe.
