Harlem Yoga Studio is located at:
181 Lenox Avenue at the corner of 119th Street.
The closest subway: 2 or 3 train to the 116th Street station.
Please arrive to class at HYS
15 minutes before class begins. We accept cash or checks only and appreciate exact change.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. If you have a mat you may bring it, otherwise you may borrow a mat :)
If you are running less than 10 minutes late you may enter quietly, if you are more than 10 minutes late, please come back and join us another time. We look forward to having you!
