With warm, welcoming teachers, some of the most affordable prices in the city, multiple Donation Only (pay what you want!) Community classes, Donation Only Prenatal Yoga, lots of classes for beginners, family and kids yoga, Free Meditation, community partnerships, discounts for students, seniors, and more!

Yoga for Educators


Are you a teacher or other educator?  Are you looking for a way to focus on your own health and wellness while learning practical ways to help improve the support you bring to those you work with?  If so then this class is for you!

In this Vinyasa style flow class, Julie will guide you through and invigorating and relaxing sequence of postures designed to help increase your strength,focus and awareness, calm your body and mind, find balance, and give gratitude.  If that wasn't enough of a treat, each class will provide a few tricks you can use in your classroOM

Tuesdays 4-5PM

Drop-In Rate: $10 - All teachers / Educators with ID, $12 - All others!

New Class!!  - Vinyasa Express, Saturdays 9 -10 AM


Starting Saturday, May 11th, we will be adding an additional morning class for all of you early(ish!) birds.  Please join Elle for a flowing sequence to get you breathing, stretching, sweating and smiling you salute the morning sun.
