Restorative Yoga For Backs
“How can I use yoga to help with my back pain?”
Come release, relax, and renew your back with Restorative Yoga!!! A great way to let go of tension, holding, and stress.
We will begin with breathing techniques to ease abdominal muscles, which help support the lower back and can cause pain when tight. Then we will use blocks, bolsters, and blankets to gently hold our bodies in supine, lying on the mat, yoga poses. Long and cozy holds will allow our bodies to release more deeply through feeling safe and supported.
